I Am Alive Challenge : February 9 2026

I'm back to the days of 10k+ steps minimum, at least, for the days I go to the gym. It's been a week and I'm not feeling anything. Should I go for heavier weights or longer hours will do the tricks. I no longer feel the pain and I don't know if it's because I'm doing less now or there's something else. I do hope things change pretty quickly because I wanna see results soon. I'm not talking about being bulky, but at least, there should be something to motivate me to keep going. If after 2 weeks, there's nothing, will be pretty difficult to continue going every single day. I still have 5 days more so let's see how it goes.
