Thank God It's Friday. It's a holiday here in Ghana. It's founders' day. A day set apart to remember all those who helped Ghana attain her independence. Most people believe it's an unnecessary holiday since it was started by the current government. A new government might decide to scrub it off. In Ghana, the government almost has all the power. They do whatever it is that they want to and the opposition can't stop them. When they opposition comes to power, they do the same things. No progress since independence. Things keep getting worse each day. In all, I love my country and I'm happy to be alive.
