The craziest shit happened to me. Can't really say happened to me, maybe, I witnessed it. We have minibuses that we use on the streets of Accra. There's usually a driver and a driver's mate or conductor who takes the money and also calls for passengers. We got to Madina, a popular stop and the mate got out to call passengers. After 5 minutes, he hadn't returned so the driver couldn't move. The driver got out to look for him and he was nowhere to be found.

He had run away with the money he had taken from passengers. He was yet to give some people change. He had taken it all away. Turns out it's the first time the driver was working with him. His original mate wasn't feeling fine so he got this guy as a spare. Seems he didn't do due diligence before deciding to work with him. The other passengers who were yet to take their change were now demanding their change from the driver. The driver was also downcast as the sales for the entire day had been taken away by the mate. You experience something new everyday.
