Been in bed all day. Just feeling down. Lost interest in getting out of bed. I have to get out of bed a couple of times to take a piss though. I'm alive and well, just a bit sad. Been eating and sleeping all day. Took a sleeping tablet so I could sleep more. Wanted to sleep all day, but didn't work out. Only slept for a few hours. All good here and we hope tomorrow is better.
