My Actifit Report Card: November 6 2022
A good start of the day for me. But the weather was not that good, cloudy and rainy.
In the afternoon, i went out to do my shopping and actifit steps. It was not raining when I left home. Spent 30/35 minutes walking in and around high street. It started raining heavily and was fully soaked up on my way home.
Later, the sun did come out for a while.
In the evening, added 1000+ more steps walking indoors while listening to music.
Completing 6000+ steps for the day.
