I dont want to describe a plan for something I dont even know if happens. Trust me I could promote Hive and LasseCash with that money, its a pilot, so the Hive Whales can see after 60 days if they like the effort and result, and decide if we should do more. IF they vote on this proposal, which I am not sure about at all, then I am almost 100% sure they will want more after the 60 days. They have HUGE BUDGET and what do they need? PROMOTION. What do I have to offer?? CHEAP PROMOTION. Its a match made in heaven.
Also note that I never made a proposal before. I can guarantee this is not an attempt to make a money grab, I genuinely want to promote Hive and LasseCash and think I would do the best job ever in Hive's history.
As I think about this more I definitely see how you might be trying to copy from Richard Heart's scam playbook. Right around where the crypto bear market might turn bull you ask the Hive community for 60,000 HBD. After the bull market causes the Hive price to go up you declare your plan with no definite details a success.

But where does the 60,000 HBD figure come from? You won't give us details but you have a figure. You must then have a plan already so why not share it so users can know what they are voting for? Why hide the details until "it happens"? The size of the community budget is irrelevant.
I know myself, I know how hard I work, I know how many ideas my mind comes up with everyday, so I just figured I could do a lot with 1000 HBD per day.
Its a small risk to test me. After the pilot we can look at the impact.

Also if the price of Hive goes up a lot if/when I get funded, there might be a correlation.

How about this: Start a DAO on lassecash.com since it uses Outpost you can do that. Make your proposal in your DAO. Have your Lassecash community support it and fund whatever they can. Then come to the Hive community after exhausting that option for the difference.

The money is in the DHF but nobody has a right to it. If you want it and your plan is so great then share it. "Trust me" isn't a plan that deserves just giving you 60,000 HBD. There needs to be more details of why the amount 60,000 HBD and what it will go toward.

Dude I been telling everyone that the earth is flat since 2016 on Hive (Former Steem) and yes its hard when people just dont wake up. Other than that yes I can promote Hive like no one else... I dont know about you, but I want the whole world to know about Hive and I can make that happen, with the right funding.... no other in the world has the option to speak truth like me (almost) and I can promote Hive via LasseCash.

I am planning to run the proposal permanently with 3 months "notice" each time. Its a pilot, so if people see impact from it, there will be a bigger proposal, with like 2500 HBD per day for 1 year.

I watched his follow up video after the one embedded in this post and during it @lasseehlers complains about not getting rewards for his posts. His exact words are "Where's my reward? Where's my reward? ... Where's my reward?"
I assume you've read this proposal post by @lasseehlers. He mentions promoting HEX. Maybe you don't know a lot about HEX and how scammy it is which I think inspired this proposal.
HEX was created by a guy who goes by the the alias Richard Heart. His birthname was Richard James Scheuler. Do some internet research and you'll see the founder of the HEX token @lasseehlers is promoting is a professional scammer since the early 2000s. That's how Richard Heart got the nickname "Spam King".
Anyway, if I give @lasseehlers the benefit of doubt; after seeing Richard Heart get investors to "sacrifice" their crypto (around $1 billion total) to a wallet address Richard Heart controls in exchange for the HEX token Richard Heart minted out of thin air @lasseehlers decided to do something similar.
Richard Heart took that $1 billion in crypto and copy-pasted the Ethereum blockchain to create his own version called Pulsechain and a version of Uniswap called PulseX. It's estimated Richard Heart spent around $100,000 for his team of blockchain developers to do that and Richard Heart expected to keep the $1 billion but now the SEC is suing Richard Heart.
Maybe @lasseehlers would use the 60,000 HBD to promote his own token Lassecash and "whatever is left over" goes toward Hive promotion. Since @lasseehlers has more Lassecash tokens than anyone else and he self-upvotes his own posts artificially inflating the price of his token benefits him directly.
Or maybe after trying to get rich quick by shilling his own token after 4 years; @lasseehlers losing almost all of his investment in HEX was the last straw. The "Where's my reward? Where's my reward? ... Where's my reward?" in his video might be @lasseehlers desperate to get $60,000 and exit Hive.
