some people just don't understand they wrong, they can't accept they aren't the main character of humanity. They can't understand if the governement had something to hide well it would be hidden they wouldn't know it.

I honestly think he doesn't believe it himself, but just doesn't believe the government even more.
would be cool to have telepathy super power, so you can read in people mind and understand why they think things, anyway this proposal almost make me sad i mean a proposal with 0 hp funding.
