My Actifit Report Card: December 21 2023

A good start of the day. Weather was good today.

In the afternoon, i went to high street to shop and do my actifit steps. High street was very busy and lots of school kids ( I think,last day of school before Christmas). Spent 35/40 minutes walking in and around high street and then walked back home.

Later added more steps walking indoors while listening to music.

Completing 5000+ steps for the day.
