Just a walking day with some light gym

Yesterday was a rest day before the weekend. I plan to do a longer session then so need to recovery my legs which felt a bit sore after the last 2 session.

So I basically just did some upper body gym before work and then had a lunch walk and a evening walk.

Everyday over 10k steps is a day worth celebrating!
