我的 Actifit 报告卡：四月 24 2026 今天这顿晚饭，说是简餐其实是碳水双拼现场。白米饭配红豆粥，刚坐下就预感要吃撑。菜盘倒是热闹：清炒豇豆脆得硌牙，香菇酿肉裹着黏糊糊的酱汁，红烧肉块看着油光发亮，咬一口却没多少肉，煎蛋边缘焦得发苦，底下还垫着几根蔫蔫的青菜。味道中规中矩，胜在热乎管饱，毕竟打工人的晚饭哪有那么多讲究，能在疲惫的晚上吃到一口热饭，就已经算治愈了。 _This report…
