My Actifit Report Card: January 1 2023

'Nowy rok, nowa ja. Kupiłam karnet na siłownię...' Korzystając z niespodziewanej wiosny tej zimy, poszliśmy na długi noworoczny spacer, po nim zapisałem się na rower. @asia-pl nawet nie protestowała za bardzo, ale obiecałem jej, że tylko na chwilkę. Udało mi się się pojeździć godzinkę w dość ciężkim terenie, co zresztą widać na załączonym zdjęciu. Tego mi było trzeba, ruszenia nóg i wentylacji płuc.

'New year, new me. I bought a gym membership...' (joke) Taking advantage of the unexpected spring this winter, we went for a long New Year's walk, after which I signed up for a bike ride. @asia-pl didn't even protest too much, but I promised her that I'll be out only for a moment. I managed to ride for an hour in quite difficult terrain, which can be seen in the attached photo. This is what I needed, moving my legs and ventilating my lungs.
