Bitstamp is the longest standing exchange, as far as I know, they have Sepa... exchange SWAP.HIVE for SWAP.LTC and then withdraw to Bitstamp, then exchange for EUR, then transfer to your dirty bank account.

Binance also works, but they are shady as fuck, there are many people that got stolen their money from Binance, but if its a small amount, then I dont think they will steal it.
