That new starter looks perfect, yes its incredible that the parts live for that many years, I mean that they still reproduce it.
I would never do this myself, I only owned 3 cars in my life, one was vintage, and I had a very cheap repair shop where I knew two of the guys working there for many years, otherwise I would not have been able to afford the repairs. I now have access to new electrical cars, including a polestar, owning is the past for me. :)

If I had unlimited resources, I'd take it to a shop and fix everything they find... but then again if I had unlimited resources, I'd just purchase a brand new vehicle!
