My Actifit Report Card: December 1 2025

A good start to the day.

Started doing my steps indoors.

In the afternoon after 3.30pm, I went out to buy bread from the local bakery.

After that, I went to the hospital. A good 20 minutes walk from my place.
Added more steps while in the hospital. Pacing a bit up and down the corridor, while mom was resting.

Mom’s getting better and will hopefully be back home in two or three days.

After 7.30pm, I left hospital and walked backed home. Completing 9000+ steps for the day.
