A good start to the day. Weather was good.

Around 1pm, i went out to pickup the blood test results from the clinic. The clinic is 20 minutes by walk from my place. A good to and fro walk,

In the evening, took mom to the doctor to show the blood test results. The results are fine and nothing to worry.

Once back home, I went out to buy bread from the bakery.

Throughout the day, I added steps walking indoors, inside the flat and the common balcony on the floor i stay.

Completing 6000+ steps for the day.
