My Actifit Report Card: August 8 2024

Early start of the day. In the morning I walked to the dispensary to book the appointment for my mum. It took me 25 minutes. I reached at 7.45am, and I was 7th. The system works on who comes after whom. Around 8.30, after giving the details to the assistant, I walked back home to pick up mom. We took a cab.

Later, I went out again to withdraw some cash and pick up few things .

Also added more steps walking indoors.

Completing 8000+ steps for the day.
