Nice find, wonder if them cassettes are personal interviews with offenders? surely no one records that much music.

You can just make out what the tapes say, written in pen. That's a lot of transcripts.. just dumped. As per most places it was quite damp, I wouldn't like to stick one in my vintage tape deck.
