Great work!
Yeah I am just happy to be back. Slacked with basically 0 training for 3 month. Ran a marathon which kinda destroyed me.
So, slowly building myself up again!
Slow and steady is the way!
Post marathon can be quite a black hole. You been working towards a goal, when you reach that goal it can be difficult to remain motivated! But also 3 months rest/ recovery is not a bad thing!
Which marathon did you do? How did it go?
Was that and also that I hit the wall hard during the marathon. Didn't get enough liquid and energy, so got cramps already at 25km.
Mentally it was draining and left me in a state that didn't motivate me to train. But now its fun to run again!
Managed to get a time of 4.10 ish, but had a goal to hit it under 4h. My speed until the I hit the wall had got me around 3:30 😅
Well that is definitly something to be proud of! 17km with cramps is very long way to go! But you pushed through! Great job!
Thx! Just to annyoing to throw the race because of my misstake in energy intake.
Anyways 2026 will bring new races! :D
Yeah 100% you will get your revenche!
Any cool goals for 2026?
Not yet. Wanna some really cool marathon for my comeback, nut not decided which yet. Thought of Stockholm marathon but it sold out immediately 🤣
Join me for the Jungfrau 2026? (Swiss)
Oh never heard of it, now I definitely need to look it up!
When is it? 🤩
Mountain marathon 5th of september!

Oh damn! That looks rough 😅
But at the same time super fun 👏
Haha yeah, but if you set your goal on finishing it is oke! One of the most beautiful of Europe!
While I don’t have a time goal, my aim is to run everything and don’t go back to power walking (which 99% do at the steepest climb haha) should be a fun adventure
I will do some research could be a really cool goal! See its in september so have to check if it not the same date as Lidingöloppet.
It is not! Lidingöloppet Should be 26 / 27th of september!
Nice! Then a have to seriously consider this! Perfect time to also see Swiss 🤩
Let me know if you join in! Would be fun to hang out for a bit! I will do the Jungfrau as one of my main 2026 goals (next to sub 3) - so I am really looking forward to it!
