Back to Hill Interval Training
So today I didnt feel like I had much time to take care of myself after work so decided to do another hill interval session. Do my 10 laps and it takes around 30min. I am very tired after but feel very good actually in my body. I hope I dont push it to hard with so many hard sessions in a quite short span of time.
Regarding my pulse, wonder if my clock gives me right. Need to get a real pulse monitor and try some day.
