Cooper test 3km 12min
So had worked long at the office two days in a row and wanted to go out and train, but didn't have much time. So decided to do a cooper test.
The test is that you run for 12mins and tries to get as far as possible. The distance give you a fitness score depending on your age and gender.
I ran 3.02km in 12mins which equals to a score of 56 and placed me on the excellent category.
