+20km Running
Hard training mode is on now and went out again after my bikes flat tire yesterday.
Goal was over 20 km and managed to do that, but was dehydrated afterwards because it was warm and humid 🥵
Anyways, another session down and still do pretty good pace even though I ran long last time as wel.
