Two Sessions in ONE Day?!

Soo my training app have been bugging me that it was 3 weeks since I was put running last time. So yesterday I actually got the ass out of the couch and had not one, but two traning sessions in one day!!

Started my day down in the gym doing some Skierg for 30mins, distance 7km.

Then I had some other stuff that I needed to do, but on the evening I was home alone because girlfriend was put with friends. So I decided that I should go out for a run as well.

Ran a 5km and had a good pace for being me with my current form. Loving this hope to keep it up and actually also do regular reports!
