Last exercise of 2022!

Man 2022 was a different year than I have ever experienced in my life. A lot of good and a lot of bad happened during the year, but at least I was quiet consistent with my training.

Last session of the year, went out for rollerskiing 18km. Have done over 230km so far this season so I feel like I'm gonna be really prepared for Vasaloppet this year.

Looking at my stats for the entire year looks something like this.

Over 500km running, over 350km rollerskiing and over 200km cross country skiing.
Pretty happy with that!
