Hill Interval is Rough!


So yesterday I didnt feel like going on a longer session so instead did some hill interval traning. Started with a warmup of 1-2km and then did 5 laps in the hill we have close to our house. Its approx 100 meter and I can tell you that you get really exhausted and its good for your stamina!
