17,000 steps, 15 km bike ride, and 16 years of love – an anniversary, goodbyes, and karaoke 🌸🚴‍♀️🎤

Today was a beautiful day.
Here’s the activity count:
✅ 17,000 steps
✅ 15 km on the bike
✅ A heart full of memories and emotions

Today, my husband and I celebrated our 16th wedding anniversary 💕.
Time flies, the kids are growing, and we’re still dancing together – literally and figuratively. Adrian (my sweetheart, my love, my everything 😉) picked me up from work today with flowers and Rafaello – and honestly, that alone made my day. But it was just the beginning!

At preschool, emotions ran high – some of the kids were there for the last time before their summer break, some for good. There were smiles, heartfelt thanks, goodbyes, and those little warm gestures that stay with you long after the day is over. It felt like closing a chapter – but with an open heart, because everything beautiful remains within us.

In the evening, a sweet surprise from my parents at the garden – they played the song from our first wedding dance. It was touching, nostalgic, and filled with love. And after that? Karaoke time! 🎤
We sang, laughed, shared memories – there were off-key notes, loud voices, lots of love and joy. Is there a better way to celebrate an anniversary?

And the best part – tomorrow is team-building day!
I feel like so many good moments are still ahead of me – and I’m ready for them.

Grateful for a body that carried me today.
Grateful for a heart that felt so much.
Grateful for the people who share this journey with me.

Now time to kick back and relax – tomorrow will be beautiful too.

Dzień 17 tysięcy kroków, 15 km na rowerze i 16 lat miłości – rocznica, pożegnania i karaoke 🌸🚴‍♀️🎤

Dziś był piękny dzień.
Na liczniku:
✅ 17 000 kroków
✅ 15 km na rowerze
✅ pełne serce wspomnień i wzruszeń

Dziś obchodziliśmy z moim mężem 16. rocznicę ślubu 💕.
Czas leci, dzieci rosną, a my wciąż tańczymy razem – dosłownie i w przenośni. Adrian (mój mężulek, skarb, najukochańszy z ukochanych 😉) odebrał mnie dziś z pracy z kwiatami i Rafaello – i już samo to wystarczyło, by dzień był wyjątkowy. Ale to był dopiero początek!

W przedszkolu sporo emocji – część dzieci żegnała się dziś z nami na wakacje, niektóre na dobre. Były uśmiechy, wzruszenia, podziękowania i te małe, ciepłe gesty, które zostają w sercu na długo. Czuję, że to był dzień zamykania drzwi, ale z otwartym sercem – bo wszystko, co dobre, zostaje z nami.

Wieczorem rodzinna niespodzianka na działce – moi rodzice puścili nam utwór z naszego pierwszego tańca weselnego. Zrobiło się nostalgicznie i wzruszająco. A potem? Karaoke! 🎤 Śpiewaliśmy, śmialiśmy się, wspominaliśmy – był ogień, były fałsze, była miłość. Czy można lepiej uczcić rocznicę?

A co najlepsze – jutro czeka mnie super integracja!
Czuję, że przede mną jeszcze dużo dobrych chwil. I tego się trzymam!

Dziękuję ciału, że mnie dziś niosło. Dziękuję sercu, że tyle pomieściło. Dziękuję ludziom wokół, że są.
A teraz nogi w górę i regeneracja – jutro znów będzie pięknie.
