Dobrý večer s Actifitem. Tak schválně... Provedu trochu podrobnější popis své dnešní činnosti...

  1. Ranní cvičení se synem ve venkovní posilovně2 20 minut, cesta tam a zpět 10 minut.
  2. Nákup, snídaně.
  3. Vyvezení sběru (platí 3,30 za kg železa a 5,- za kg papíru), zajet pro naftu do TESCO (42.90, moje spotřeba 4 l nafty na 100 km), obcházení nákupního centra, zejména hračkářství. Cestou se zastavit v Kauflandu, nákup k obědu. 3 hodiny
  4. Příprava oběda - brambory s vinnou klobásou
  5. Děláme příjimačkové testy z matematiky, čteme, syn staví z LEGO, čumí do PC, mobilu a tabletu...
    Zkrátka, jak píšu výdycky. Nic zajímavého, nic mimořádného.
