My Actifit Report Card: December 19 2021

Hello to all HIVE members.

It is not convenient to post today. But I tried to post a post.
Bad internet connection all day. I visited a friend's house. He was not at home. His mother said he went out because of an issue

So I walked out alone. Like yesterday, I started taking pictures with my phone camera.

In a house by the roadside, I saw some beautiful flowers. I took a photo for my friends to see. I do not know this flower name. It is beautiful, it is very beautiful.

Walking alone is no good. It's boring. So I not walking for a long time. I returned home.
In the evening I go for a walk while shopping. Today, walking is the only activity. As a result, Actifit scores low.
This is a log of my this day activities.

ဒီနေ့ပိုစ့်တင်ရတာ အဆင်မ​ပြေ
ပါဘူး။ ဒါပေမယ့် ပိုစ့်တခုရအောင်တင်ခဲ့တယ် ။တစ်နေ့လုံး အင်တာနက်လိုင်းမကောင်းပါ။ သူငယ်ချင်းတစ်ယောက်အိမ်ကို သွားလည်တယ်။ သူအိမ်မှာမရှိခဲ့ဘူး။ သူ့အမေက ကိစ္စတစ်ခုကြောင့် ထွက်သွားတယ်​ ပြောတယ်။

ဒါနဲ့ ကျွန်တော်တစ်ယောက်တည်း ထွက်လာခဲ့တယ်။ မနေ့ကလိုပဲ ဖုန်းကင်မရာနဲ့ ဓာတ်ပုံတွေရိုက်တယ်။

လမ်းဘေးက အိမ်တစ်အိမ်မှာ လှပတဲ့ ပန်းလေးတွေကို တွေ့လိုက်တယ်။ သူငယ်ချင်းတွေကြည့်ဖို့ ဓာတ်ပုံရိုက်တယ်။ ဒီပန်းနာမည်တော့ မသိဘူး။ လှတယ်၊ အရမ်းလှတယ်။

တစ်ယောက်တည်း လမ်းလျှောက်တာ မကောင်းဘူး။ ပျင်းစရာကြီး။ ဒါကြောင့် အချိန်အကြာကြီး လမ်းမလျှောက်ဘူး။ အိမ်ပြန်ခဲ့တယ်။

ညနေ ဈေးဝယ်ထွက်ရင်း လမ်းလျှောက်ထွက်တယ်။ ယနေ့ လမ်းလျှောက်ခြင်းသည် တစ်ခုတည်းသော လှုပ်ရှားမှုဖြစ်သည်။ ရလဒ်အနေဖြင့် Actifit ရမှတ်များ နဲပါသည်။

ဒါက ကျွန်တော့်ရဲ့ ဒီနေ့ လှုပ်ရှားမှုမှတ်တမ်းပါ။
