It's been a rough season as I have lost a lot of fights.
My experience is similar. I played 326 battles in this season so far, and I won 139 battles. My current win rate is 42.63%.
I did get a healing focus on my reset and I only pushed myself to 3 chests before I got tired for the night.
Currently I also have a healing focus. Nowadays sometimes it takes hours to earn enough Focus Points (FP) for a single focus chest, and the focus chests nowadays are usually contains worthless things in the Bronze leagues, so this part of Splinterlands is nowadays not worth it.
Nowadays I play Splinterlands for fun. Similarly to League of Legends: Wild Rift.

It's not that bad for me because I generally get like 5k or 6k points per win. I guess it's because I have some gold cards and I also try to make sure that i use some of the focus cards when I can.
