Have you ever been stressed to the extent that you can't even think for a second and when you leave work to get a shower and good sleep, you wake up to a new you, yeah! That's the power of sleep - it is very necessary that we get some sleep especially when our body system is too tired to function normally.
Sleep tends to help the body recover from stress, just like how drugs helps us recover from illness.

Getting some rest whenever we're feeling exhausted is good for us, it's too bad that we sometimes tend to ignore what our body is asking for.
