Alchemy Of Soul 2 | The Light And Shadow

Like they use to say, the long wait is finally over, it seems like yesterday when they release the first part of this particular movie and as a k-drama lover, I had to quickly watch it before they will start releasing the spoiler part and to my surprise, the movie was really interesting that we became curious to watch the other part to know the fate of Mu deok and Jang uk after that happened at the end of season 1 when mu deok stab jang uk and he woke up again through the power of the stone while Mu deok disappeared. The movie started 3years later but at a point I was really confused seeing Mu deok in a new form now Jin Bu yeon, the heir to jinyowon, The long lost powerful priestess. Everyone wasn't happy at first because of this new character but along the line, I understand what actually happened. In season 1, when Naksu entered her body, It came in Bu yeon body form with lost of memory which prevent her from using her power until she remember her past life.

Now in season 2, She came back with the real Nak Su body form and also lost her memory which will prevent her from using her power until she can remember her past life and Jin Ho-kyung lock her up for 3 years so others won't know she is life especially Jang Uk wont be able to find her but just like how fate it, you can't prevent it from happening. One of the things that really amazed me was how powerful Jang uk is with the stone in him, No one could defeat him and he started kill the soul shifter. With the dark forces moving around him, many were afraid of him and didn't what to have anything to do with him. To cap it all, he found Bu yeon but didn't know who she is but started developing interest in her so she can use her power to remove the stone within him which will help him stop the pain he is facing every night.

What seem interesting to me is the fact that, they end up together again without knowing who they are or recognizing each other and the fact that Jang uk show up at the Unanimous Assembly and announce Bu yeon as his new bride will make the movie more interesting, the two together will cause a great unrest to everyone they come in contact with especially Jin mu and his group of soul shifters, I just can't for them to finally recognize themselves and Bu yeon regaining her power. New Episode coming out this saturday
