RE: What Plagiarism Is and How To Avoid It

You are viewing a single comment's thread:

I have done something similar to what might be considered plagiarism. With the community I created called “Restore the Republic” although I gave blatant credit in the description of the community in what the purpose of my “mirroring” of content onto the hive-blockchain.
I realized I needed to put more of myself into those mirrorings, and it isn’t a hard task to do at all.
My time and resources are stretched thin, and crypto/blockchain ecosystem are a vast and sometimes overwhelming place. I have put the RTR project on the back burner for now.

I am not much of an original content creator.. I am mostly a promoter of what I see as good, informational content, and solutions to the current situation we are all suffering under. And I use these things as items in my tool belt in order to convey complex topics that I would butcher on my own.
I am trying vary hard now, to do everything I can to put as much of myself as possible into the content I am producing on hive.

Thanks for this post!

Judging from your well written comment, I'd say you're not far from being a good writer yourself. Like I mentioned in my post above, the usage of external informations most times come in, but one has to attach much of his own words so as to keep the content off the lane of being a copy and pasted shit.

I really appreciate your time to read through this, and am glad you find it useful.
