My Actifit Report Card: February 16 2023

Czuje się źle. Doszły do tego wszystkiego kwestie biznesowe. Za miękki jestem. To, że się w ogóle nad tym zastanawiam oznacza, że źle się zachowałem. Ale o co chodzi? Negocjowałem start do jednego projektu z dwoma konkurentami. Obu poinformowałem, że rozmawiam z kimś innym. Pech chciał, że ostatnie dwa tygodnie - żaden z tych konkurentów się nie odzywał i do wczoraj praktycznie nie wiedziałem, czy któryś z nich nie negocjował z nami, a potem wystartuje bez nas a my nie mielibyśmy już czasu na wejście z kimś drugim w kooperację. No i stało się. Wczoraj zapieczentowaliśmy współpracę z jednym zespołem a dzisiaj drugiemu musiałem powiedzieć, że jednak nie z nimi. Obawiam się, że ten most został spalony a tego nie lubię.

I feel bad. It's all about business issues. I'm too soft. The fact that I even think about it means I behaved badly. But what's the matter? I negotiated the start of one project with two competitors. I informed both of them that I was talking to someone else. It was bad luck that the last two weeks - none of these competitors spoke and until yesterday I practically did not know if any of them did not negotiate with us, and then will start without us and we would not have time to enter into cooperation with someone else. And it happened. Yesterday we sealed the cooperation with one team and today I had to tell the other that it wasn't with them. I'm afraid this bridge has been burned, and I don't like that.
