Fresh Snow on the Mountains!🤗
The heavy rain started early this morning as Liz and Silvertop were heading off to Church.
Rain in the foothills, usually translates to snow in the Mountains!😊
The clouds were hanging low in layers, Silvertop knew today wasn’t going to be a good “Hiking” day…….🙄
It turned out that today was the day our new Church was having a “get to know everyone new better / Super Bowl “ party after Church!😊
“ Lots of food Silvertop do you want to stay for the party? “🥰
Hmmm…….. Silvertop really isn’t a sports guy, just a Crypto guy Lol, but when you start talking food……..😇
A table was filled with free “Home Team” Church t-shirts as well!
Free is always good, and you can’t have too many t-shirts!☺️
It’s really amazing how everyone knows everyone in a small town……..
Our new Pastor was talking to Liz and myself, trying to get to know us better.
In walked the money manager, from our previous Church where we lead Worship for many years!😊
We struck up a long conversation, and you could see that questioning “ How do you guys know each other” from our new Pastor ……🤔
It is very heart warming to feel so welcomed, and a part of the “Home Team! “😊
We hurried to our car afterwards, dodging raindrops!😅
I remember watching a TV show called “ Myth Busters “ years ago. They were trying to “Prove or disprove” whether running through rain to shelter kept you dryer or not……..
It turned out that walking slowly, compared to running, actually kept you dryer!🤔
Perhaps they need to come up to the Pacific Northwest and try that test again Lol!🤣
Silvertop was soaked Lol!😅
“ That’s OK Liz, it can’t rain everyday……. can it Lol! “😮
Everyone enjoy Sunday!
Silvertop better hike tomorrow, I think I ate way too much today Lol!😇

We are hoping to build a new Church building within the next two years, I think he can help make this happen!😊
