Today at Church, we had a special youth group Worship team from Yakima Washington.
They are from the sunny side of Washington, with temperatures in the 90’s to 100 degrees Fahrenheit!😅
Orchard county, Cherries, Apples, Pears etc!😎
With the misty rain today we are hovering at 58 degrees today! I think they were enjoying the cool day!🤗This is their bus, they have volunteered to help some of the remaining flood victims with the seemingly never ending repairs……
I talked to one of the youth group adult leaders, he wanted to know how many people returned after the flood.
Sadly many didn’t have flood insurance and to this day over fifty percent of the homes are still empty!
Did I say misty rain………..😅

Sounds like a pre Fourth of July shopping day!😊
The visibility was almost zero today, as we headed to Cosco shopping, but that didn’t deter the fireworks in town!
With a steady booming in the background, the Mrs stopped at the Post Office in town to pick up some catnip toys she ordered for the “Baby Mountain Lion”😻
You can see where someone just lit a mortar firework in the four photo!😊
He very quickly ran and hid……..fireworks are illegal in town!😳
The last phot photo was taken looking East at Sumas Mountain……..😮
Nothing can be seen today, that’s OK it’s the Pre Fourth of July, a very relaxing day to recharge Silvertop’s batteries, and spend some time with @elizabethbit 🥰
Have a wonderful Fourth tomorrow, till then Silvertop will lite one more fire in the wood stove!😊
