El narcotráfico es un problema grave en la sociedad. En los últimos años han salido todo tipo de producciones relacionadas. Enfocados principalmente en mostrar a los actores principales, como los principales capos. En esta ocasión, se decide mostrar a las víctimas indirectas, como son unas niñas en zonas rurales. El título fue estrenado el 2021. Siendo su directora Tatiana Huazo.

Drug trafficking is a serious problem in society. In recent years all kinds of related productions have come out. Mainly focused on showing the main actors, such as the main drug lords. Sinopsis: En un pueblo rural de México, controlado por un cartel de la zona, viven diversas familias, y entre ellas varias niñas como Ana o Maria. Ellas son unas niñas que su vida será afectada por la situación local. Ana y su madre tratan de sobrellevar su situación lo mejor que puedan.

Una de las escenas iniciales muestra cómo los habitantes deben buscar señal en lugares específicos para usar sus móviles, mostrando lo alejados que están de autoridades, sociedad, etc. Haciendo idea de que solo se tienen a ellos para enfrentar sus adversidades.

One of the opening scenes shows how the inhabitants must look for signal in specific places to use their cell phones, showing how far away they are from authorities, society, etc. Making the idea that they have only themselves to face their adversities.

La historia se enfoca en mostrar el día a día de las niñas, especialmente de Ana y su madre Rita. Mostrando los rasgos y carácter que tienen al vivir bajo ciertas condiciones. Hay muchas ideas implícitas, que no se comunican, pero los personajes piensan. El problema que veo, es que se enfoca más en la contemplación que en desarrollar una historia que enganche, siendo aburrida por momentos.

The story focuses on showing the day to day life of the girls, especially Ana and her mother Rita. Showing the traits and character they have when living under certain conditions. There are many implicit ideas, which are not communicated, but the characters think. The problem I see, is that it focuses more on contemplation than on developing a story that engages, being boring at times.

La fotografía tiene muchos momentos llamativos, desde mostrar explosiones en valles, hasta las noches de fuego. Creo que la actuación es aceptable, especialmente en los niños. Solo hay sonidos, música residual.

The photography has many striking moments, from showing explosions in valleys, to the nights of fire. I think the acting is acceptable, especially the children. There are only sounds, residual music.

En general es una buena película pero que se enfoca en mostrar la vida de muchas víctimas afectadas por el narcotráfico. Resalta mucho la fotografía. Recomendada si te interesa conocer esa situación.

Overall it is a good film but it focuses on showing the lives of many victims affected by drug trafficking. The photography stands out a lot. Recommended if you are interested in this situation.
