Gym Day 19: My 3rd Consecutive Workout This Week
Hello there everyone. Its another gym day today and its my 3rd consecutive gym day this week and Im quite happy. Coz I would have rested today but since my workout yesterday was cut off I had a good rest.
Today my body felt great and I was raring to go and do some workouts
First workout for today was a declined dumbbell press. I used 25lbs of dumbbells on each hand. I did 3 sets of 15 reps each.
Next was a cable rows using 80lbs weight. Did 3 sets of 15 reps each.
Next is a 30 minutes cardio using the Elliptical Machine.
Next was a Low Fly Cable using 30lbs weight on each hand. I did 3 sets of 15 reps each.
And last weight lifting for today was back lateral pulldowns using 60lbs weight. I did 3 sets of 15 reps each.
And lastly is another 30 minutes cardio using the excercise bike.
There were no epic fails today which is great. I think Im getting the hang of it. Even the new ones I tried I got the weight just right for my current ability 😁
