Ethereum merge, much a do about nothing

Nothing will change

I read a lot about the Ethereum merge and with its affect on price will be and the entire crypto market.
In my opinion this merge is something that is of very little interest for 99 % of the crypto and Ethereum holders. And especially for the ones transacting via the Ethereum network.

Because that’s the biggest problem Ethereum has and will have in the future. The height of its fees. Some transactions cost a ridiculous amount of money, and it has been a lot higher before.

Ethereum is a great invention and Vitalik Buterin is a genius in my opinion, but since a few years there are a lot of alternatives to to Ethereum that are better, faster, cheaper, more scalable… you name it.

So, in my opinion, Ethereum has become a collectible, but nothing more than that. Like Bitcoin. It will have value, but the networker has become more or less obsolete. With the possibilities of Polygon and others…

So, don’t get swept away by this unimportant fact.

Some transactions cost a ridiculous amount of money, and it has been a lot higher before.

We just hope a little change can occur in the high transactions made in Ethereum to reduce.

Heard basically the same thing and fees will remain high which is what was expected to have been the big thing.

Yep, no fee change in sight, which is the reason I stay away from Ethereum
