My Actifit Report Card: June 12 2023
Problems with the first heat of the year. The first 3 days above 30 degrees were pretty hard on me. As always they have tortured me with continuous sweating from my viking body…
Sadly, there’s nothing I can do about it. It usually gets better during summer!

😒🔥 sorry to hear that.. I remember the first time I went to the Philippines.. it was SOOOOO hot that I could hardly walk around for more than a few minutes at a time.. I got used to it, but it's still really hot at times..
Here in Pakistan, the temperature has been running above thirty-eight for the past one week.
