This morning started in full slow motion mode 😄 A bit of laziness, coffee, no rush at all… until it was finally time to go out for some quick shopping.

After getting back home, I had a short rest and suddenly this thought came: no, I’m not staying in today. Quick decision – I’m going for a walk. Alone. To clear my head and breathe.

On the way, I stopped by the mall to grab my backpack and something to drink… and from that moment it was just my little solo time: music in my ears, sun on my face, and me moving at my own pace 🚶‍♀️

What started as a simple walk turned into a solid workout 🔥

➡️ Heart rate: avg. 114 bpm (perfect fat-burning zone 💪)

Most of the time I stayed in the fat-burning zone – just the way I like it. Calm, steady pace, no pressure, but still a solid effort.

The route took me through the heart of Wrocław – from the western areas, through the city center, all the way to the eastern river boulevards. It had everything:
🌿 green parks and sunny paths
🌊 beautiful riverside views along the Oder
🏛️ charming old townhouses and historic churches

Every kilometer felt a bit different, a bit unique. That’s what I love about these walks – not just for the body, but especially for the mind 💚

Sometimes all you need is to step outside… and the rest just happens ✨

Poranek dziś zaczął się w trybie pełnego slow motion 😄 Trochę lenistwa, kawa, zero pośpiechu… aż w końcu przyszła pora na szybkie zakupy.

Po powrocie chwila odpoczynku i nagle myśl: nie, nie zostaję dziś w domu. Szybka decyzja – wychodzę na spacer. Sama. Żeby oczyścić głowę i złapać oddech.

Po drodze jeszcze szybki wypad do galerii po plecak i coś do picia… i od tego momentu zaczęło się moje małe solo: muzyka na uszach, słońce na twarzy i ja we własnym tempie 🚶‍♀️

To, co miało być zwykłym spacerem, zamieniło się w konkretny trening 🔥

➡️ Tętno: średnio 114 bpm (idealna strefa spalania 💪)

Większość czasu spędziłam w strefie spalania tłuszczu – dokładnie tak, jak lubię. Spokojne, równe tempo, bez presji, ale konkretnie.

Trasa prowadziła przez serce Wrocławia – od zachodnich okolic, przez centrum, aż po wschodnie bulwary. Było wszystko:
🌿 zielone parki i słoneczne alejki
🌊 piękne widoki nad Odrą
🏛️ klimatyczne kamieniczki i zabytkowe kościoły

Każdy kilometr miał swój klimat. I właśnie za to kocham takie spacery – nie tylko dla ciała, ale przede wszystkim dla głowy 💚

Czasem wystarczy po prostu wyjść… a reszta dzieje się sama ✨
