Today was one of those days when I let go of pressure and chose balance over perfection 💛

There was no intense workout, no breaking records… but there was movement. And that’s what counts.

A short session with TRX and dumbbells at home – totally easygoing, no pressure at all. Just enough to get my body moving and remind my muscles they still exist 😄 On top of that, a full day at work on my feet and an evening movie date, so I also got a short walk both ways. Small things, but together they make a difference.

Steps? Over 7,500 – which for me is a great level of daily activity. No guilt, no feeling that “I could have done more.” Because the truth is, not every day has to be 100%. Sometimes 60–70% is exactly what we need.

Tomorrow I’ve agreed to work overtime, so today I’m consciously choosing rest. Recovery is also part of the process – and I’m learning to treat it just as seriously as training.

Balance. That’s the word that wins today 🧘‍♀️

And by the way – the city at night has its own vibe ✨ The lights, a bit of quiet between the streets, and that moment when you can just walk and breathe.

Today’s activity: ✔️ TRX + dumbbells (light home workout)
✔️ On my feet at work
✔️ Walk (movie date 🎬)
✔️ 7,588 steps

Today wasn’t perfect.
Today was enough.
And that is more than okay 💛

Dziś był jeden z tych dni, kiedy odpuszczam presję i wybieram balans zamiast perfekcji 💛

Nie było wielkiego treningu, nie było bicia rekordów… ale był ruch. I to się liczy.

Krótka sesja z TRX i hantlami w domu – tak totalnie na luzie, bez spiny. Tyle, żeby rozruszać ciało i przypomnieć mięśniom, że nadal istnieją 😄 Do tego cały dzień w pracy na nogach i wieczorna randka w kinie, więc wpadł też spacer w dwie strony. Małe rzeczy, ale razem robią robotę.

Kroki? Ponad 7500 – czyli dla mnie idealny poziom codziennej aktywności. Bez wyrzutów sumienia, bez poczucia, że „mogłam więcej”. Bo prawda jest taka, że nie każdy dzień musi być na 100%. Czasem 60–70% to dokładnie to, czego potrzebujemy.

Jutro czekają mnie nadgodziny, więc dziś świadomie wybieram odpoczynek. Regeneracja to też część procesu – i coraz częściej uczę się ją traktować tak samo poważnie jak trening.

Balans. To słowo dziś wygrywa 🧘‍♀️

A przy okazji – wieczorne miasto ma swój klimat ✨ Światła, trochę ciszy między ulicami i ten moment, kiedy można po prostu iść przed siebie i odetchnąć.

Aktywność dnia: ✔️ TRX + hantle (lekki trening domowy)
✔️ Praca na nogach
✔️ Spacer (randka w kinie 🎬)
✔️ 7588 kroków

Dziś nie było perfekcyjnie.
Dziś było wystarczająco.
I to jest więcej niż ok 💛
