🚴♀️ A day full of movement and strength 💪🔥

Today was one of those days when activity blends into every part of life – naturally, without pressure, but still solid and effective 😄
In the morning, as usual 🚴♀️ cycling to and from work – my favorite way to start the day. A moment for myself, fresh air, and energy for everything ahead.
And then… 8 hours of preschool life 💛
Creative challenges, kids’ energy, costumes, play, emotions, and a million things happening at once. Honestly, no extra cardio needed here 😄
After work, a quick walk to training… and that’s where the real work began 👇
💪 GROUP STRENGTH TRAINING (first this month!)

- exercises with dumbbells
- tabata elements 🔥
- full-body strengthening
- and finally stretching, which my body truly needed 🙏
Then a calm walk back home 🌙
A moment to breathe, slow down, and feel that satisfaction.
👉 Today’s summary:
✔ cycling 🚴♀️
✔ walking 🚶♀️ (about 6 km)
✔ strength training with dumbbells 💪
✔ over 28 km on the bike 🚴♀️
✔ over 150 minutes of activity 🔥
✔ 15,115 steps 👣
✔ 8 hours of active work

This is not a “perfect plan” from paper.
This is simply a life in motion that gets results ❤️
And this is how progress is built – step by step, day by day 💛

Dziś był jeden z tych dni, kiedy aktywność wplata się w każdą część dnia – naturalnie, bez spiny, ale konkretnie 😄

Rano standardowo 🚴♀️ rower do pracy i z pracy – mój ulubiony start dnia. Chwila dla głowy, oddech i energia na cały dzień.
A potem… 8 godzin przedszkolnego życia 💛
Kreatywne wyzwania, dziecięca energia, przebieranki, zabawy i tysiąc rzeczy naraz. Tu serio nie trzeba dodatkowego cardio 😄
Po pracy szybki spacer na trening… i tu zaczęła się prawdziwa robota 👇
💪 Trening grupowy SIŁOWY (pierwszy w tym miesiącu!)
- ćwiczenia z hantlami
- elementy tabaty 🔥
- konkretne wzmacnianie całego ciała
- i na koniec stretching, który był zbawieniem 🙏
Na koniec spokojny spacer do domu 🌙
Trochę ciszy, trochę oddechu i dużo satysfakcji.

👉 Dzisiejszy bilans:
✔ rower 🚴♀️
✔ spacery 🚶♀️ (ok. 6 km)
✔ trening siłowy z hantlami 💪
✔ ponad 28 km na rowerze 🚴♀️
✔ ponad 150 min aktywności 🔥
✔ 15 115 kroków 👣
✔ 8h aktywnej pracy
To nie jest „idealny plan” z kartki.
To jest życie w ruchu, które robi robotę ❤️

I właśnie tak buduje się efekty – krok po kroku, dzień po dniu 💛
