My Actifit Report Card: October 6 2025
Summer is over, and apparently, so is my fitness level š
Just a few months ago, I was hitting over 20,000 steps a day, and now my average is around 10,000. Back then, I had more energy, more sunshine, more motivation to move. Now⦠not so much.
I have to admit ā my fitness has dropped, and a few extra kilos have shown up. Itās not a big deal, but I can feel it ā in my body and in my mind. I miss that lightness that came with daily walks, spontaneous workouts, and the rush of endorphins after an active day.
Lately, lifeās been running faster than I can catch up ā work, home, kids, everyday chaos... and before I know it, the dayās gone, and I havenāt done a single thing just for myself. But thatās exactly why Iāve decided itās time to get back on track! šŖ
Itās not about strict rules, counting calories, or chasing a number on the scale ā itās about bringing movement back into my life, the kind that gives me energy and balance.
Because I know that once I start moving regularly again, everything else tends to fall into place too.
So hereās my first step ā literally! š¶āāļø
Let this report be the beginning of getting back into shape.
Slowly, step by step, no pressure ā but with determination.

Lato siÄ skoÅczyÅo, a razem z nim chyba i moja kondycja š
Jeszcze kilka miesiÄcy temu potrafiÅam robiÄ ponad 20 tysiÄcy kroków dziennie, a teraz moja norma to okoÅo 10 tysiÄcy. Wtedy miaÅam wiÄcej energii, ruchu, sÅoÅca i chÄci do dziaÅania. Teraz ā trochÄ mniej tego wszystkiego.
PrzyznajÄ ā forma spadÅa, a razem z niÄ
przyszÅo kilka dodatkowych kilogramów. Niby nic wielkiego, ale czujÄ to w ciele i w gÅowie. Brakuje mi tej lekkoÅci, którÄ
dawaÅy codzienne spacery, spontaniczne treningi i poranne endorfiny po aktywnym dniu.
Ostatnio życie pÄdzi jak szalone ā obowiÄ
zki, praca, dom, dzieci, codzienny mÅyn⦠i zanim siÄ obejrzÄ, dzieÅ mija, a ja nawet nie zdÄ
Å¼Ä pomyÅleÄ o sobie. Ale wÅaÅnie dlatego postanawiam: czas siÄ ogarnÄ
Ä! šŖ
Nie chodzi o rygor, liczenie kalorii czy walkÄ z wagÄ
, tylko o powrót do ruchu, który daje mi siÅÄ i spokój.
Bo wiem, że jak zaczynam siÄ ruszaÄ regularnie ā wszystko inne też zaczyna siÄ ukÅadaÄ.
WiÄc oto pierwszy krok ā dosÅownie! š¶āāļø
