My Actifit Report Card: October 6 2025

Summer is over, and apparently, so is my fitness level šŸ˜…
Just a few months ago, I was hitting over 20,000 steps a day, and now my average is around 10,000. Back then, I had more energy, more sunshine, more motivation to move. Now… not so much.

I have to admit — my fitness has dropped, and a few extra kilos have shown up. It’s not a big deal, but I can feel it — in my body and in my mind. I miss that lightness that came with daily walks, spontaneous workouts, and the rush of endorphins after an active day.

Lately, life’s been running faster than I can catch up — work, home, kids, everyday chaos... and before I know it, the day’s gone, and I haven’t done a single thing just for myself. But that’s exactly why I’ve decided it’s time to get back on track! šŸ’Ŗ

It’s not about strict rules, counting calories, or chasing a number on the scale — it’s about bringing movement back into my life, the kind that gives me energy and balance.
Because I know that once I start moving regularly again, everything else tends to fall into place too.

So here’s my first step — literally! šŸš¶ā€ā™€ļø
Let this report be the beginning of getting back into shape.
Slowly, step by step, no pressure — but with determination.

Lato się skończyło, a razem z nim chyba i moja kondycja šŸ˜…
Jeszcze kilka miesięcy temu potrafiłam robić ponad 20 tysięcy kroków dziennie, a teraz moja norma to około 10 tysięcy. Wtedy miałam więcej energii, ruchu, słońca i chęci do działania. Teraz – trochę mniej tego wszystkiego.

Przyznaję — forma spadła, a razem z nią przyszło kilka dodatkowych kilogramów. Niby nic wielkiego, ale czuję to w ciele i w głowie. Brakuje mi tej lekkości, którą dawały codzienne spacery, spontaniczne treningi i poranne endorfiny po aktywnym dniu.

Ostatnio życie pędzi jak szalone – obowiązki, praca, dom, dzieci, codzienny młyn… i zanim się obejrzę, dzień mija, a ja nawet nie zdążę pomyśleć o sobie. Ale właśnie dlatego postanawiam: czas się ogarnąć! šŸ’Ŗ

Nie chodzi o rygor, liczenie kalorii czy walkę z wagą, tylko o powrót do ruchu, który daje mi siłę i spokój.
Bo wiem, że jak zaczynam się ruszać regularnie – wszystko inne też zaczyna się układać.

Więc oto pierwszy krok — dosłownie! šŸš¶ā€ā™€ļø
Niech ten raport będzie początkiem powrotu do dobrej formy.
Powoli, krok po kroku, bez presji, ale z determinacją.
