Today was a day full of movement and positive energy!
I hit 15,000 steps, plus a 1-hour group workout that gave me such a burn I felt like I was in military training. 🚀
My wonderful husband took care of the kids and brought them to activities at the community center so I could join the girls for our favorite workout. ❤ That kind of support gives you extra wings!
The session was pure fire – my heart rate was over 170 at times, and sweat was pouring from every part of my body (which almost never happens to me, even with intense effort!). And the endorphins afterward? 💥 Absolutely priceless! This is the only type of group training where I truly feel comfortable – well, maybe apart from the workshop-style gym sessions run by my personal trainer Łukasz.
After the workout, I skipped the car and decided to walk home, so another extra walk was added to the day. I came back tired but happy. Quick shower, recovery, and an evening spent with my husband – the perfect ending to a busy day. 💑
I totally recommend this combo: work, movement, some "me-time," and a cozy evening with loved ones. Life feels so good! 🙌
I can already tell tomorrow will bring some sore muscles since I haven’t had this kind of hardcore activity in a while – but that just means today was worth it.

Dziś był dzień pełen ruchu i pozytywnej energii!
Na liczniku 15 000 kroków, a do tego jeszcze godzinny trening grupowy, który dał mi taki wycisk, że czułam się jak na ćwiczeniach wojskowych. 🚀
Mój kochany mąż zajął się dziećmi, zabrał je na zajęcia do domu kultury, żebym mogła iść z dziewczynami na nasz ulubiony trening. ❤ To jest ten rodzaj wsparcia, który sprawia, że człowiek dostaje dodatkowych skrzydeł.
Na zajęciach był ogień – tętno momentami powyżej 170, pot lał się dosłownie z każdej części ciała (a ja zwykle się nie pocę, nawet przy sporym wysiłku!). Endorfiny po wszystkim? 💥 Nie do opisania! To jedyne zajęcia grupowe, na których naprawdę czuję się komfortowo – no, może poza warsztatami na siłowni, które prowadzi mój trener personalny Łukasz.
Po treningu zamiast auta wybrałam powrót pieszo, więc wpadł dodatkowy spacer. Do domu wróciłam zmęczona, ale szczęśliwa. Szybki prysznic, regeneracja i wieczór spędzony z mężem – idealne zakończenie dnia. 💑
Polecam taką kombinację: praca, ruch, czas dla siebie i wieczór z bliskimi. Aż chce się żyć! 🙌
Jutro pewnie zakwasy dadzą o sobie znać, bo ostatnio nie było aż tak hardcorowo, ale to tylko dowód, że dziś zrobiłam coś dobrego dla siebie.

Impressive my friend it is good to stay fit. I prefer solo workouts because i can't stand people moaning and groaning, does my head in,🤣 also i like the freedom to switch things up when i want.

You can't really do that in a group.

Haha, I totally get what you mean about all the moaning and groaning 🤣. That’s why I usually prefer training with a plan or with a coach – that gives me the best results for my physique. But group workouts definitely have their benefits – they boost my endurance and mobility. And honestly, with my coworkers the atmosphere is so fun that even if I look super silly doing some over-complicated exercises, we just laugh together 😅. After such a workout there’s no time to think, only to push through.
Group work out is motivational I’d say, hehe.

Usually I’m not a big fan of group workouts because I feel like I look like the main character in a B-class comedy 🤦♀️😂. Plus, my coordination has its own rhythm. But I go to these classes with my coworkers and the atmosphere is so great, and the burn is so intense, that I don’t even have time to think about it – I just do my best 💪. Motivation level: hard mode!
Hahaha, I can only imagine that! Lol. Well, it’s fine to go solo sometimes and get back to the group workout and they see improvement in you!
