LISTEN: A freewrite

Toxx was a beautiful girl born into Richem family. The Richems are devoted christians but too busy they are barely around in the house they are always at one meeting or the other. They have a family friend who also attends the same denomination with them and they too are always busy with one church activities or the other but unlike the Richems the Scotts has grown up children who can actually look after each other when they are not around. They also have a mature uncle who came around along the line.
Anytime Toxx parent wants to go out they drop her with the Scotts family and this has become there norms. She was actually enjoying the Scotts family because her age groups were there until the uncle in scott family came around. Suddenly, anytime Toxx parent wants to go out she will start to cry and beg her parent to take her along. This happens consistently but the parent didn't yield and was thinking she was only being acting as a baby, little did they know that something was actually up with her sudden behavior. It happens that when the uncle in Scott family arrived she took notice of the beautiful and smart Toxx anytime her parent dropped her although she refuse to flow along with the uncle because he likes to touch her carelessly but being a mature guy he always have his way of getting her. He does that and make every other children give them space and with time he start to molest her sexually and told her not to tell anybody. Whenever she gets home she goes straight to her mom to speak up but her mom will always shut her up that she talks too much and that is not good behavior for a child of God. Even when the complains of pains the mother tell her to tell the father to get malaria drug for her. The molestation continues for Toxx till she finds a way of running from the Scott's house anytime her parent dropped her. She will be run to the other neighbors house to play before her parents comes back. When her parent found out they didn't ask still for her reasons of such attitude, at this point let me pause and say every child no matter how small deserves hearing , listen and listen carefully to them. All her father did was to beat her mercilessly everytime she does that because they think she going against their religious rule. This made her adamant and very rebellious with so much resentment for her parent and the church. The parent thinking their daughter was under a spiritual attack began to take her for different deliverance prayer and instead of her to get better she became worse. Has she grew older she doesn't have a single friend always alone makes her decision all by herself whether good or bad without consulting anyone. At this point her parents were extremely worn out because she has grew to the I don't care stage. The struggle with her life continues till she got to college (university) where she met a friend like her although he was a guy but unlike her the guy's mom was supportive. It was an entire story on it's own before the guy could get through to her. But he did after some many trials. Her meeting with the guy was were her psychological healing starts. For the first time she found a friend, someone who could listen to her and understand her perfectly well. He also introduce her to a psychologist. Although she became psychological fine but her memory became a powerful symbol for her.
