Hello, here in the area where I live, in Portugal, in the city of Porto, there is also a café with cats. I admit that when I discovered this cafe I was a little surprised because at least here in Portugal it is not customary to have these cafes.

No, you only pay for consumption. For example a coffee is 0.85 cents
