今天的晚饭是一份丰盛的简餐，白瓷盘里码得满满当当。清炒的菜心翠绿鲜亮，衬着几块红烧鸡块，肉香浓郁；两颗手工肉丸扎实弹牙，带着家常的温度。中间的炸物金黄酥脆，旁边是脆嫩的笋片和腊味，咸香入味。还有清淡的白切鸡和西兰花，搭配一块软糯的山药，荤素均衡。主食是一碗粒粒分明的白米饭，再配上一碗浓稠的杂粮粥，暖乎乎的，刚好中和了菜的咸香。一口饭一口菜，再抿一口粥，简单却满足，是忙碌一天后最踏实的慰藉。
