主菜盘里的选择很丰富:金黄酥脆的炸物、滑嫩的炒鸡蛋、炖得软烂的肉块,还有香菇、青菜和腊肠,荤素搭配均衡,既能补蛋白质,也补了维生素。清炒的青菜带着鲜爽,中和了炸物的油腻,吃起来毫无负担。
整体清淡不重口,很适合运动后温和进补,吃完浑身都暖乎乎的,疲惫感也消散了大半。
