My Actifit Report Card: April 26 2024

Sometimes, problems can be overhelming particularly when you're sleep deprived.

Three nights ago, I decided to take a melatonin because it's been weeks that I've been having difficulty to sleep. So when it's 1:30am and couldn't sleep, I decided to take something.

I had two choices an anti-histamine or a melatonin. I've chosen a 5g melatonin. And , yay, it worked but I felt sleepy the whole day. It was a drag to do my activities. Since that worked I took one again the next evening, this time I took it earlier and it was better.

I thought I'll take one again last night but my eyelids were closing even if I do not want to sleep yet. So I skipped which is good. That means I still have the ability to make myself sleep without a sleeping aid.

I woke up feeling down though, like really down. And I don't feel like socialising not even having a simple chat with my siblings. So after eating my late breakfast, I got change and off I went to that appliance center to look for cooking range, water dispenser, etc.

Then I went to the beauty and wellness store for some necessities like cotton pads, face cleanser, etc.

Then I walked through the Plaza where bougainvilleas are flourishing. My first time to walk through there in the middle of the day when it felt like 46deg. Celsius. My sunglasses and umbrella were my friends.

Despite the heat, I decided to just walk home hoping that the activity will make me feel better, sweat it all out.

Well, I've done what I've done happy to have done that walk and at least I didn't bite anybody that can possibly make life worse. 😁 (joke, I just felt like crying but restraint myself).
