My Actifit Report Card: March 10 2024

It was midday and the sun was glaring hot when my brother, his son and I stood on the boulevard for a bit while waiting for my sister. Despite the heat, it wasn't that bad being out there, it was breezy and we just got out from an air-conditioned hall for a couple of hours. The beach is not far away from this spot where we waited and shaded with trees, so great to get some fresh air, too.

It will be nice to walk but not a good time and the heat is at its peak. Good that my brother have given us a lift.

We had this freshly cooked fish and prawns soup for lunch (fresh green mango soup base) So delicious! 😋 It's mild with a bit of a kick from the long green chilies and ginger.
