My Actifit Report Card: January 2 2024
Hello there 👋 how's the start of the year going for you?
I started my first day of the year doing my usual stretches along with yoga stretches. Yeah, nothing new.
Then when my brother came back from cycling, I asked him if we can get some fresh air by the beach and he said, "let's go." So off we went.
We drove around on this stretch of paved road by the beach. Of course, it isn't complete if we don't get out of the car. Despite the heat, we did that and enjoyed the breeze and soaked my feet and legs in the sea.
When you're in nature, it's difficult to keep track of the time. It's why it's best that you go when you're so free that you won't even need to look at your watch.
Well, I wasn't so free. I had work and the heat was rising. So we went home. We spent time there for about an hour and a half. Was a great morning! So happy that we made time to do that. Be in nature! 💙
Then the rest of my day was as usual only that it was peaceful because it's a holiday for the builders.
